Customer Service / Parts Specialist

Major Duties of the Position:

This is a fast paced, highly challenging position that will broaden your communication, planning, problem solving and leadership skills. You will respond knowledgeably to all customer inquiries, proactively process parts requests and communicate with our customers the status of the requests to meet all commitments. You will network effectively with warehouses, carriers and partners and also meet with your team to find ways to continuously improve customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful candidates will be bilingual (French & English), possess a Community College Diploma or University degree in a related field, or equivalent, have a minimum 2 years customer service and/or sales experience, display a strong customer service commitment & an ability and readiness to learn continuously and work in a team environment, possess effective oral communication, telephone communication, active listening, problem solving and team skills, with computer keyboard skills at a minimum of 30 w.p.m.
