| Responsibilities |
Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for the budget, operation and sales for the Moncton location. Your experience in sales, management and in the heavy equipment industry provides you with a solid background for ensuring the success of all aspects of the branch.
Reporting to you in this role are the parts manager, service manager and all sales representatives. Sales reps have varying levels of experience and require differing levels of support and motivation.
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch. |
| Requirements |
Our client is seeking someone with 10-15 years experience in business and sales management, including budgetary responsibility. Ideally a business management degree or diploma, although that is considered an asset and not a requirement for someone with the right level of experience.
Must have previous heavy equipment sales experience and/or a thorough understanding of how a heavy equipment dealership works, including sales AND service of all equipment sold.
Must be a hands-on manager, ready and willing to get involved in all areas of the business as required.
Bilingual is considered an asset. |
| Compensation and Benefits Details |
Our Client is offering a highly compentitve compensation package which includes salary ($65-$75 k/yr), bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental, and more. |
