We are currently seeking applicants for the following position located in Saint John, New Brunswick:
Senior RPG Programmer Analyst
The Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of code creation in an AS400 environment developing in RPG.
This position will appeal to a graduate of Computer Science or a related discipline with five years of related experience in developing enterprise applications.
Responsibilities include:
Working with customers to produce detailed analyses, design and quotes for software solutions to small and large projects
Providing analyzed requests to other RPG developers to code
Creating complex code using best coding practices
Working alone or with others to debug and resolve programming problems
Playing lead technical role in various development projects
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Working both independently and in a team-based environment
Resumes should include specific demonstration of the following skills:
Programming Language expertise, RPG, DB2/400, CL
Solid technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with JD Edwards World and/or One World would be an asset
