We are currently expanding our sales team and we are looking for two Account Representatives to join our team. This position is a business to business sales position and does not involve telemarketing to individuals. We are not a call center. This selling process involves the formation of business relationships, and giving on-line tours of our web-based product Prospect Research Online. Customers would include fundraising departments of universities and colleges, healthcare institutions and many other nonprofit organizations throughout North America. iWave has been in business since 1991 and has grown more than 30% per year for the past 5 years.

Description of Duties & Skills required:

Specific duties and skills would include:

• Contacting prospects and customers via phone and email to market online product. 
• Maintaining customer relationships throughout their yearly subscription to our product. 
• Use of telephone and internet tools to conduct professional product demonstrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook.
• Previous experience in a salary plus commission position or experience in a call center environment is a definite asset.
• Hours are 9:30am to 6:15pm Monday-Thursday and 9:30am to 5pm on Friday.

Compensation: Base salary of $22,000- $25,000 plus commission and bonus plans.

Current average representative compensation is + $40K. Our top performers range from $45K- $60K+ per year. Coverage under the company's standard group insurance policy. Other benefits include a gym membership, a health and wellness program and a weekly breakfast program.
