Area Director of Sales and Marketing:

Our client, a leading Hotel & Resort Management Company that has well known established brand name properties under their portfolio, is currently seeking an experienced Hospitality Sales Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales and marketing strategies for each individual property brand
• Develop and maintain online content and destination marketing
• Lead and manage all sales and catering office personnel
• Manage external relationships with key stakeholders  

Skills and Abilities:

• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Budget development and management  

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Hotel Management or related field experience
• Minimum 6 years of progressive Hospitality/Tourism experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English and French would be preferred
• MS Office proficient; Delphi knowledge preferred  

Compensation: Base salary + Bonus
