Guest Service Agent

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities: As Guest Service Agent you are responsible for the all Guest Services, Reservations and Switchboard operation. You also perform various General Office responsibilities.

Primary Duties:
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for General duties for all associated Business Entities.
• Responsible for the handling of the computerized reservation system, check ins/check outs and reservations.
• Assists the clients with their meeting and banquet on site needs.
• Responsible Main Switchboard.
• Responsible for other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Education: High school or Post-Secondary education relating to business, tourism or public relations

Work Schedule: Irregular hours, evenings, days, weekends & weekdays

Experience & Skills:

• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can follow verbal and written instructions applying to policies and procedures
• Well organized
