Responsibilities:

The mission of the Guest Service Representative is to provide exceptional guest service and care to all guests by anticipating their needs and responding to every request.

Process guest check in and check out.
Respond to inquiries regarding room reservations.
Answer and redirect telephone calls coming through switchboard.
Successfully complete all duties assigned on the shift checklist.
Respond and coordinate efforts of other departments to resolve guest requests and or issues.

Job Requirements:

Minimum one year previous guest/customer service experience.
Exceptional guest/customer service skills are required.
Must be motivated and positive individual with ability to multi-task within an ever changing yet professional environment.
Previous experien ce with Opera and Holidex computer systems an asset.
Capable of maintaining a flexible work schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
