Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, while showing attention to detail with accounting responsibilities.
• Balance Front Desk and Food & Beverage daily receipts.
• Close and run relevant Micros reports for Food & Beverage transactions.
• Prepare, run and distribute various reports related to the daily transactions.
• Prepare Front Desk for new day.
• Ensure guest safety and security at all times. Some security duties required.
• Perform Guest Services Representative duties as required including the checking-in and checking out of guests, switchboard and reservation duties.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Understanding of general accounting procedures.
• Adept communication skills.
• Computer proficient.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
