Job Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to manage projects in a team environment
• Architectural design and project design co-ordination
• Building Code and regulatory review
• Construction document production and CAD work
• Client liaison
• Field services in design and construction
• Shop drawing review, review progress claims and attendance at site meetings
• Business development and marketing

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, contract documentation, code analysis and contract administration of construction projects.
• A professional degree and provincial registration or NCARB certification
• Proficiency in Autocad
