Licensed Electrician

Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, requires a highly motivated, results orientated individual to fill the role of Licensed Electrician. Headquartered in Southwestern New Brunswick, Cooke Aquaculture Inc. has grown dramatically through recent acquisitions to become Canada's largest fully integrated, independent producer of Atlantic Salmon and related products.

The Licensed Electrician will be responsible for the day to day electrical care of all of Cooke Aquaculture Inc.'s facilities; mainly based out of our St. George and Blacks Harbour operations but also will support the maintenance departments of our 24-7 operations.  Reporting to the Corporate Maintenance Manager, the ideal candidate will be Licensed Industrial Electricians with experience; however, Construction Electricians and Apprentices will be considered. Completion of a Community College Electrical Program is required. MCC, Control, and PLC experience is an asset.

The ideal candidate is a team player who processes outstanding communications skills, and has strong problem solving skills. You will be challenged to provide maintenance support to our multi-facility operations and you will be comfortable in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
