Project Supervisor

The Company:

Marener Industries is a leading provider to the Marine, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sector. Services include project management, steel fabrication, machining, mechanical, repair and maintenance. 

The Role:

Marener is currently in search of an experienced, motivated individual to efficiently direct a large crew of tradesmen, work with other supervisors to coordinate personnel and equipment, to liaise with clients, and to uphold the highest level of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Projects include small and large fabrication projects, plant shut-downs, and general marine repair and refit.  Applicants should be prepared to work varying hours including an occasional night-shift. 

The Qualifications:

This opportunity is for those with a strong industrial mechanics and/or fabrication background, trade certification, 10 years of progressive and successful leadership and supervisory experience, customer service orientation, experience with quoting and estimating, and dedication to the well-being and safety of workers.

Qualified candidates have a portfolio of success in delivering projects to customers on time, on budget, and with no recordable incidents.
