Position:  First Cook
      
Reporting To: Executive Chef

Successful candidates should be passionate about providing our Guests with the highest standard of guest care. Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years night line experience in, business casual/fine dining.
• Proven Saucier experience.
• Ability to follow direction as well as lead others.
• Great time management and organiazional skills a must.
• Abilliy to work with no supervision and able to make decisions.
• Must be productive in a high paced enviroment and hold a creative mind set.
