Position: First Cook Reporting To: Executive Chef The Holiday Inn Halifax Harbourview is currently seeking candidates for the position of First Cook. Successful candidates should be passionate about providing our Guests with the highest standard of guest care. Individuals who are personable, enthusiastic, who go above and beyond every day and are willing to be our Guests' Constant Caring Friend should feel compelled to apply. Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years night line experience in, business casual/fine dining.
- Proven Saucier experience.
- Ability to follow direction as well as lead others.
- Great time management and organiazional skills a must.
- Abilliy to work with no supervision and able to make decisions.
- Must be productive in a high paced enviroment and hold a creative mind set.
