Taylor Ford is currently hiring fulltime Licensed Mechanics and Licensed Diesel Mechanics. Our Technicians work on a Flat Rate Pay system which rewards qualified, efficient work.

We offer a very completive pay package for our entire employee’s. All licensed mechanics start at $21.91, plus hourly bonuses for Specialty Training. Additional benefits include company participation in a medical package, Tool allowance & Paid training on and off-site.
