Duties:

This position performs skilled supervisory work and advanced work in several trades.  Trades work includes a variety of maintenance, repair and alteration work generally across more than one trade, to bring structures, systems and equipment back into usage or to keep them operating efficiently.  Technical independence is exercised in determining work methods and procedures. 

Qualifications:

Graduation from high school; completion of a journeypersons certificate in one of the building trades; and related experience in a building trade.  Driver’s License (Class 5) required and a clean driver’s abstract.

Salary:  

CUPE - HS-24   
$31,637.36 - $34,862.84 - Annually
$16.22 - $17.88 - Hourly
