Automotive Software Support

Logical Sequence Incorporated (LSI), is a developer of automotive dealership management software (DMS) based in Dartmouth. A dynamic and growing company with an emphasis on work-life balance, LSI competes nationally with the leaders in automotive dealership management software by delivering flexible real time solutions to the customer through our team of highly skilled and talented staff. 

Currently we are actively recruiting someone to provide front line support while troubleshooting and resolving customer inquires. As a trusted team member, you will have the opportunity to provide client support as well as installation and training on an exciting new automotive dealer management system. We are looking for someone with technical expertise, the ability to problem solve and someone who can work on their own as well as in a team environment. You will be required to obtain a solid understanding of our product within a short period of time – as such, a background in automotive retail, or knowledge of the automotive industry is essential. A positive attitude and professional communication style are also necessary. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide excellent customer service by managing front-line support issues, troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries
• Assist in the resolution of software/workflow issues
• Act as escalation resource to our internal support team
• Assist in maintaining and improving existing product and training documentation
• Provide product support and training to dealership staff in person or via internet
• Demonstrate product to potential customers in person, via internet, and/or at tradeshows

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive retail or knowledge of automotive industry, particularly dealer management systems
• Strong software experience
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems is considered an asset
• Strong aptitude for learning and understanding application functions 
• Knowledge of Windows and MS Office is mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
• Experienced in delivering presentations to individuals and larger audiences 
• Strong written communications, with the ability to create effective documentation of processes and procedures.
