Manpower is currently recruiting for Financial Services Consultants in the Financial Sector for a National company for the Saint John and surrounding areas.  These are permanent full-time positions that have a commission based salary structure, with a draw available against the commission. You must be out going and enthusiastic and have a passion for people. 

Requirements:

• Have completed High School Diploma with College/University or Technical training (University Degree or any other Post-Secondary programs an asset)
• Mandatory Mutual Fund Course must be completed
• Training Program provided - All training is paid
• Prefer candidates with a Financial/Investment Industry background
• Prefer candidates with a strong Sales/Prospecting background
• Must be able to complete tasks in an accurate, timely fashion with little or no supervision
• Must have Results Focus, Team Focus and Customer Focus
• Accuracy & Thoroughness a must
• Must have excellent Communication Skills, Decision Making Skills and Innovation
• Must have strong planning, organizational and time management skills and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients
• Must a mature individual and be able to recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information

In this Financial Services Consultant role, you will be responsible for leading and managing your own client portfolio, maintaining and building client relationships, managing performance, and providing overall client satisfaction. You will be responsible to complete a mandatory Mutual Funds course.  An on the job Training Program is provided, and all training is paid.
