Inside Sales Representatives

As a successful Sales Representative candidate, you have a minimum of two years experience on an inside sales team in a solution-selling environment. You are a methodical decision maker who enjoys new challenges. Motivated by your high desire to succeed, you consistently strive to exceed sales targets.
Metasoft Systems has immediate needs for highly motivated individuals to sell web based software solutions. Metasoft is North America's leading source of funding information and services for the non-profit sector.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role will focus on assessment and development of leads and sales, accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management and a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify, develop and close client opportunities
- Initiate new contacts through cold calling activities
- Qualifying new opportunities and moving them through the sales cycle and end in a successful close
- Learn quickly to effectively pitch prospects on software product offerings
- Verify all necessary information, conduct web demos, close opportunities, etc.
- Meet sales quota and other objectives as set by management
- Energetic, adept at learning technology and likes to win by meeting and exceeding quotas
Requirements:
- 2-3 years sales experience in solution selling with a consultative approach
- Hunter attitude with tangible results
- Ability to identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling on "C" level executives
- Experienced using a CRM system, tracking your sales progress
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
