| Job Description |
Maintains and up-sells existing business and clients
Develops new business with commercial, industrial, and retail clients
Networks and cold calls to develop leads that will lead to sales
Listens, presents, and advises clients to ensure they receive the optimal security system and service for the security needs
Achieves 100% of quotas assigned
Provides some instruction and training to consumers on the operation of the systems
Attends trade shows, networking events, seminars, and other like events that develop business |
| Requirements |
Must have "Hunter" mentality to go out and capture new business
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Strong selling ability - from developing leads to closing sales to relationship management and up-selling
Strong computer skills
Self-monitoring and self-motivating ability
Great at building strong rapport with new people
Great time management and organization skills
A university or college education |
| Compensation and Benefits Details |
The successful candidate can expect a base salary, a company vehicle, medical & dental benefits, a great pension plan, and 6-10% of commissions on sales.
