Real Estate Analyst

Roycom Inc. is a commercial real estate advisor with over thirty years of experience in real estate investing and management. We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our Halifax team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in acquisitions and dispositions of properties;
• Financial modeling and aid in the due diligence investigation of potential acquisitions;
• Gather and evaluate supporting information;
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of real estate and real estate transactions and possess a university degree in business, or a related course of study. You will also have advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word^© and Excel^©, Argus^©) as well as exceptional organizational skills. You are a team player with the ability to work independently.
