Property Manager

Our client, Northwest Healthcare Properties, Canada’s largest private owner and manager of medical office buildings and healthcare facilities, is currently seeking a Property/Project Manager for a one-year term to oversee its properties within the Halifax Regional Municipality.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Regional General Manager for the Atlantic Region, the Property/Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of these properties and will oversee, if required, leasehold and capital improvements.

As the ideal candidate, you are a experienced manager with a strategic business perspective who has managed significant operational issues within an integrated, multi-faceted environment.  You have taken a leadership role in facilities management and capital construction projects, including planning and consulting with senior management, multiple stakeholders and contractors.  You deliver superior customer service and possess excellent relationship building skills that enhance client/tenant relationships.  Your strong organizational and project management capability is complemented by your capacity to work with and maintain a committed and competent service oriented team that is recognized for its provision and maintenance of top-notch facilities.
