| Job Description |
Supporting a third party Manager, the incumbent provides building management support.
|
| Responsibilities |
- Residential and commercial leasing and tenant retention
- Rent collection and deposits
- Maintain tenant records and toher property files
- Frequent rent roll updates, arrears status, and other reporting as required
- Tenant inquiries
- Marketing, advertising, and promotions |
| Requirements |
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Exuberance to promote the building in order to create and retain tenancies
- Capacity to understand building operations, policies, procedures, and services
- Ability to deal with tenant issues and to remain calm and tactful in stressful situations
- High level of clerical accuracy and attention to detail
