We currently have opportunities available on our team for customer focused, energetic Resident Managers. If you enjoy cleaning, interaction with others and are competent in doing light maintenance this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and general maintenance
• Tenant relations, fielding tenant inquiries and rental calls
• Managing on-site daily activities in a multi-residential building
• Light administrative duties
• Routine general maintenance
• Building and maintaining positive professional relationships with tenants

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Proven communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision
• Experience in cleaning
• Experience with the Property management industry and/or the Tenancy/Rentalsman Acts, would be considered an asset
• Previous experience as a building superintendent is an asset
