Lead a First Class Facility

Our client is a leading Canadian enterprise that represents the best in commercial and retail property management. On their behalf we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to provide high-quality leadership to one of their first class developments in New Brunswick.

Reporting to the Vice President, Real Estate, and to the General Manager, the Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this multi-use complex. You will maintain excellent tenant relations, manage the tenant mix and negotiate and execute lease agreements. This leadership position requires the ability to ensure strong financial performance, to oversee marketing for the complex, to set and monitor budgets, and oversee leasehold and capital improvements at the property.

The ideal candidate for this role has a post secondary education in Business Administration or Accounting complemented by several years experience in commercial property management. A natural leader, you have the ability to engage employees, build cooperative working relationships and resolve problems effectively.  Well versed in all areas of operations you will bring expertise in commercial lease agreements, retail marketing and have sound financial management skills.
