Industrial Rail Services Inc. (IRSI) –is a full-service locomotive and passenger railcar facility specializing in equipment repairs, remanufacturing, modifications, and refurbishment. We are based in Moncton, New Brunswick. We are currently accepting applications for a Quality Assurance Manager.

Position Summary – Reporting to the General Manager, the responsibilities will include but will not be limited to; assuring that product quality meets the requirements as established between the company and its customers, assuring that the processes and procedures are operating as specified by the Quality System and that corrective action is implemented for non-conformances, ensuring the smooth management of all quality personnel and functions, and ensuring the ongoing adherence to the policies and procedures. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for the management of the quality department.

Skills – The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated person with the ability to multi-task, have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be capable of meeting deadlines, and prioritizing work. The candidate must have 5 years experience in a related field.
