Frontier Technologies currently has immediate openings for Full-Time/Permanent CATV Installation/Service Technicians and Construction Technicians (for Telephone, High Speed Internet and Cable TV) in the following area:

• Newfoundland (Clarenville, Stephenville and outlying areas), 
• Nova Scotia (Halifax Regional Municipality, Amherst), 
• New Brunswick (Saint John, Fredericton), 
• Ontario (Ottawa) and 
• Alberta (Grand Prairie, Whitecourt, Cold Lake, Bonnyville and surrounding areas).

As a member of Frontier's installation team, you are first and foremost a customer focused team player and posses a technical aptitude that will allow you to carry out installations, maintenance, repair and service of cable systems.

Qualifications:

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Minimum grade 12 education.
• The ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and/or travel based on project requirements.
• Experience in the cable industry, satellite installation, electronics and/or computers or and Electronics Technician Certificate/Diploma are an asset but not a necessity.
• Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job, which include heavy lifting (up to 80 lbs.) and climbing ladders to a height of up to 40 feet.
• Superior communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work in adverse weather in all seasons.
• Previous sales experience would be an asset but not a necessity.
• Be prepared to obtain WHIMS and standard first aid training as a condition of employment.
• Be prepared to obtain a criminal reference check.
