Do you fit our requirements?

• 1-3 years experience as a supervisor in a unionized environment, or acceptable equivalent experience
• Ability to supervise and motivate a large team of employees to achieve operational targets and balancing the need to complete administrative duties
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy, particularly Word or Excel
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights and occasional weekends
• Strong customer service orientation and safe workplace leadership 
• Post-secondary education in Business or Management (an asset)
• Complete the security screening process and obtain reliability status.
