Based in either Vancouver or Calgary, this new role is your unique opportunity to lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives in your region and successfully manage and grow the sales of specified company products - through the management of third-party regional Sales Representatives. This key task involves providing support and direction to Sales Representatives in areas such as quotations, customer visits and customer service.

Inspired and informed leadership should also enable you to: 

  • Ensure Sales Representatives successfully select product applications for WWW treatment.
  • Share relevant competitive market intelligence & awareness of market drivers with the team.
  • Provide training resources for Sales and WWW staff for products and applications.
  • Provide support as required to ensure customers' needs are met and that projects are completed in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
  • Ensure appropriate project information is recorded in a timely manner into the CRM database.
  • Support and promote the company's Value Based Six Sigma - an integral part of our Client's culture.
  • Play an important role for Continuous Process Improvement ensuring it is communicated and understood.

If you hold a university degree in engineering or P.Eng., or an MBA with 3-5 years in the sales process within the Wastewater Treatment industry we would like to speak with you.
