Essential Qualifications – Qualifications in bold must be verified on internal application forms
- High School graduate or successful completion of GED.
- Successful completion of a recognized rehabilitation program or equivalent combination of clinical training and/ or recent experience in the development and implementation of speech-language programs.
- Enrollment and/ or completion of a speech-language pathology assistant program an asset.
- Demonstrated communication and problem solving skills.
- Valid Drivers' license and good driving record.
- Microsoft Word as demonstrated by testing.
- Be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Mentally and physically able to perform assigned duties.
- Good previous work records and must be able to attend work on a regular basis.
- All mandatory certifications must be up to date.

Basic Duties:
To provide support to the rehabilitation health disciplines with an initial clinical focus on speech-language pathology services in the schools and to contribute to the effectiveness of the Extra Mural Program.
