Resource Optimization Center (ROC)

The ROC is a Global Support Department that resides inside the Sitel Contact Center in Moncton and reports directly into our head office in Nashville Tenn. Sitel has over 151 offices around the Globe with 66,000 employees.

The ROC is responsible for the Forecasting of 151 Contact Centers (Inbound/Email/Chat) around the globe, creating 1042 separate weekly forecasts and 1042 new schedules each week.

Planner WFM: Senior level position within the ROC.

Responsibilities include:

• Forecasting and analyzing data
• Recommending proactive solutions
• Identifying trends
• Working closely with site operations around the globe
• Gathering historical data and creating reports, creating future staffing and hiring plans.
• Global Travel possibilities.

Experience or training in a few of the following would be desired:

• Previous forecasting experience, working with sizing and staffing plans
• Six Sigma or Industrial Engineering experience, Contact Center
• Experience, statistics or data analysis, MS excel, visual basic, MS Access
• Experiencing in working with Blue Pumpkin, IEX or Ewfm.

Although we prefer Call Center experience if you have a Planning background in any other industry we would like to speak with you about the opportunity and train you on the rest.
