Cresco, a leading new home construction, land development and property management company, is seeking the services of an experienced Project Manager who will work from our head office in Bedford. Currently, the start date is expected to be April 5th, 2010.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our multiple-unit residential construction projects. You will oversee contractors and timelines, prepare budgets, and negotiate contracts.

In addition to being a highly motivated, detailed, analytical, results-orientated individual, the successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years commercial construction/project management experience
• Ability to prepare the construction budget
• Ability to read and interpret Mechanical/Structural/Electrical designs
• Experience with fit-up work and conducting construction activity in an operating business environment
• A proven track record of effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
