Reporting to the President, the Product Development Engineer will be primarily responsible to design new products as well as develop and implement PVC window systems and other building products to maximize system capacity and operating efficiencies, all while maintaining strict cost controls. You will be involved in all aspects of design including scheduling design to production, preparing tool and machinery specifications, and recommending material/equipment suppliers.  You'll establish quality standards, perform product tests and certifications, and continually review the design and extrusion processes for areas of improvement. 

As the ideal candidate, you posses an Engineering degree, with a specialty in mechanical or chemical engineering.  You've spent 5 years working in a manufacturing environment and have a sound knowledge of engineering software and Microsoft Office.  You're creative and are heralded for your exceptional problem solving skills.  You excel in a team environment and are adept at managing your time to ensure complicated tasks are completed on time and efficiently no matter how tight the deadline.
