Description:

Applicants for this estimator/project manager position will have an education specializing in the construction industry. This position requires a working knowledge of equipment, materials, labour methods and safety issues encountered in flooring. Applicants must be willing to work in a team environment and have good problem solving skills. Must be willing to travel throughout work area for site visits.

Qualifications:

A solid mathematical aptitude, good written/verbal communication skills is essential in this position. Knowledge of the construction industry, blue print reading, and the tendering process is required. The ability to work effectively with computer spreadsheets and programs is important.
