The Quality Engineer is primarily responsible for the execution of quality engineering and manufacturing processes. From the design and development phase of projects through to manufacturing and deliverables on a wide range of systems, the Quality Engineer will work to maintain quality awareness of projects, with a particular focus on the early phases of engineering process resulting in reliable and cost effective products and services. You will lead root cause investigations on current and past products in an effort to ensure that new product development processes improve as a result and that initial designs meet client expectations. You will ensure quality issues are identified and resolved as early as possible and are included in risk mitigation plans. As Quality Engineer you'll be involved in production systems planning, you'll audit the internal quality system, and you'll be responsible to audit and evaluate supplier quality control.

You are a Professional Engineer and likely hold a formal quality certification, such as CQE, CQT or CQA.   You've spent the last 5 years building an impressive quality assurance record within a cutting edge technical environment. You're an expert problem solver who isn't limited to one sided or traditional problem solving techniques. You think creatively and pride yourself on your ability to ensure products and services of the highest quality are a trademark of your organization.You have a thorough knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and are familiar with software quality management. A team player with outstanding integrity, you have received or are eligible to receive Secret Clearance, and are ready to make an impact on the quality of the results for a global leader.
