Accountabilities:
The Technical & Construction Services team is seeking applications from prospective qualified candidates in the area of Project Management for selected engineering and construction projects within NSPI. These individuals will be responsible for carrying out project management functions, including initiation, planning, execution, control and post-implementation functions. Working with clients you will determine the most effective and efficient way to bring the project to a successful completion giving consideration to client requirements, expectations and business process. You will identify opportunities for improvement; design and implement effective project plan development and delivery based upon defined accountabilities in the areas of scope, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for proactively identifying potential project risks and problems and developing and implementing solutions to avoid or mitigate risks and problems,
Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
The ideal candidates will possess a technical, accounting or business degree from an accredited university, a recognized project management certification and minimum 6-10 years proven project implementation experience. Candidates working towards the completion of the above may be considered.
You will possess extensive knowledge of project management practices, change management, system delivery methodologies, tools, techniques and trends supplemented by your knowledge of corporate business processes and utility practices. You will possess working knowledge of needs analysis as well as a basic level of knowledge of the technical infrastructure required to implement solutions.
You must possess excellent interpersonal skills; have strong customer focus and the ability to communicate effectively.
This position offers a compensation package commensurate with the role and includes a base salary, incentive, and benefits package.
