Project Managers – Commercial/Institutional Construction

Our client, the leader in commercial and institutional general contracting, is currently searching for Project Managers to join their team due to significant growth.  Reporting to the General Manager and Engineering Manager, you will manage various commercial and institutional projects.  This will include dealing with changes and completions, liaising with clients, maintaining control over sub-trades, and coaching junior staff members.

To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate some exposure to general contracting specific to commercial and institutional construction, a post-secondary education in civil-structural engineering (diploma/degree), or have a sufficient general contracting experience in place of a formal education.  Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are also desired.

Compensation for this role includes an attractive base salary, potential for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and company vehicle/gas card.  Relocation assistance will be provided to suitable candidates.
