Michelin North America (Canada) Inc. is currently seeking a Reliability Maintainer to join its Bridgewater, Nova Scotia team. The role of the reliability maintainer is to provide technical support to production operations by maintaining process equipment.

Requirements:

• completion of a technical training program
• ability to work rotating shifts
• experience making decisions and problem solving
• demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a team environment

Training:

Candidates hired into this role can expect to receive extensive technical training in a variety of areas.

Compensation & Benefits:

• rate of pay at hire depends on experience. Possible evolution to $29.37/hr.
