Concrete Pipe Sales Associate

The OSCO Construction Group consists of five construction and manufacturing companies who fabricate both steel & precast concrete products and perform specialty construction services.  We presently have a Concrete Pipe Sales Associate career opportunity with Strescon Limited at our Saint John New Brunswick Facility. 

Founded in 1963, Strescon has grown to become the largest prestressed concrete manufacturer in Eastern Canada. We have developed a reputation for quality, reliability and efficiency in the concrete industry. We service our customers from our operations in New Brunswick & Nova Scotia and have expanded our market area from the Atlantic Provinces to include the New England region of the United States.

Responsibilities: 

• Sales and Promotion of Concrete Pipe and Related Products to Municipalities and General Contractors.
• Exposure to Office/Field Environments

Education Requirements - Knowledge & Skills:

• Post secondary education in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Technology / Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree considered an asset. 
• Candidates with 5 Years Experience Construction Material Sales Experience with 2 Years Experience in Concrete Product Sales will be given preference. 
• Good working knowledge of pre-cast concrete products such as pipes, manholes, and small miscellaneous items is a definite asset. 
• Computer experience with MS Office Packages as well as Auto Cad is required.
