| The Ideal Candidate |
The ideal candidate will possess a two-year diploma or bachelor's degree in architectural design, complemented by several years of progressively responsible experience in a technical design role in a company working directly in the energy, construction or primary resource extraction sectors, or in an EPCM or related company. |
| Job Description |
The Senior Architectural Technologist will work with a team, designing innovative, high-quality modular structures, including accommodation and educational facilities, steel structures and telecommunications structures. |
| Responsibilities |
• Supervise and schedule design of modules;
• Address building code issues as required;
• Research new products and systems for use in projects;
• Develop and implement product improvements;
• Provide sales support and act as a customer liaison when required;
• Provide design expertise. |
| Requirements |
• Five or more years of proven technical design experience;
• Previous experience in design in related technical industries would be a significant asset;
• Strong management and team-building experience;
• Superior communication abilities;
• Exceptionally strong knowledge of CAD software packages;
• Bachelor of Architecture or comparable two-year diploma program. |

This role includes industry-leading compensation including full benefits.
Our client would prefer that the successful candidate relocate to Swift Current, SK. In this case, relocation funds will be available. |
