| Job Description |
In the role of Telecommunications Technician you will be driving to subscriber residents & commercial sites for installations and service
|
| Responsibilities |
• Prepare, document and submit all necessary paperwork
• Installation of Digital TV receivers, Internet and phone systems in multi-dwelling unit commercial buildings
• Connect and disconnect subscriber receivers, modems and routers
• Preparation of quotations and design and layout of cabling distribution systems on property maps
• Provide one-on-one excellence in customer service with clients, Property Managers and site superintendents
• Effective communication with the office on service call status, new service calls or any issues while on job sites
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times on all jobs sites

| Requirements |
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Cable TV industry (CATV)
• Capable of physically working on new apartment/condo construction sites, existing buildings and subscriber residential units
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to handle changing priorities is a must
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Computer skills: MS outlook and Excel
• Ability to troubleshoot, possess and demonstrate effective problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Provide recent Driver's Abstract
