Sr. Electrical Engineer

Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering division.

As Senior Electrical Engineer within the Engineering-Electrical department, you will apply project management methodology/procedures for the management, planning and execution of projects relating to Electrical, Power, Control systems. You will assure assignments are executed with adherence to safety, quality and cost standards. You will be required to manage and lead a portfolio of Electrical, Control, and Power projects and programs where individual projects and programs are at varied stages of project timing.

The preferred candidate will be self-directed and will accept professional development and training opportunities, as this is core to the Engineering departmental values.

Requirements:

Education Qualifications & Training:

You possess an Electrical Engineering degree, are eligible for registration with PEG-NL, and 10+ years of industrial electrical field experience. You have experience with Project Management processes as well as previous experience in a unionized environment.
