Director of Education

The Cove Guest Home is a progressive 110 bed long-term care facility located in Sydney, N.S.  The Cove aspires to the principles of independence and individuality and approach resident care issues from a holistic viewpoint.  We are seeking a Director of Education to join our Cove Team.

Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate in Nursing
• Registered or eligible for registration with CRNNS
• A minimum of 10 years nursing experience with evidence of ongoing relevant nursing education.
• Previous experience in a long-term setting preferred.

Hours of Work:

• Permanent, part time, 32 hours per week.

Salary:

• As per Department of Health funding $31.637/hour
