CNA-Qatar is now seeking a dynamic, visionary leader and lifetime learner who inspires excellence in others. Bringing exceptional administrative and academic experience and strong character, the President will be committed to propelling the campus toward even higher levels of achievement.
The President of the Qatar campus reports to the College of the North Atlantic (CNA) President and CEO. With responsibility for seven direct reports, the President will manage a budget in excess of $185 million and lead strategic planning. S/he will have the capacity and aptitude for both collaboration and decisiveness, and a proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships within the organization and with CNA’s Executive and Qatar Project team. The President CNA-Q will expand upon the significant role the campus plays in the community at large in pursuing partnerships with external stakeholders and constituencies.
A Doctorate is preferred (however those with a Masters will be considered), coupled with an established background in the Canadian college system at the executive level. S/he will have experience leading a large team in a post-secondary environment and is now prepared to move to an international setting. The President will embrace the role as CNA-Q’s chief ambassador and excel in representing the campus. S/he must demonstrate an outstanding ability to communicate, inspire and reflect the aspirations of the campus in a diverse cultural environment.
