Area Leader, Moncton

We are looking for an energetic leader and coach to join our client’s team. This person will travel throughout the Greater Moncton area working in multiple store locations.

Responsibilities:

• Train new employees – ensuring successful new starts and orientation
• Establish strong bench strength through training and continuous recruiting.
• Implement and enforce all updates and changes of Company policies and procedures.
• Daily travel to locations in area to provide support and direction to store management.
• Support and communicate team building and motivational strategies.
• Provide continued coaching and training as directed by the District Manager for that location
• Conduct training workshops for Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors & Personnel.
• Provide training and support to management in store operations, POS procedures, administrative procedures, loss prevention and store presentation
• Assist in all company training related projects
• Review and improve existing content for specific trainings
• Promote and motivate management on company contests and events.
• Review visual and marketing standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve training tools
• Uphold loss prevention standards in stores.
• Prepare reports weekly and monthly to review results

Requirements:

• University, College or the equivalent in hands on experience 
• Proven ability to deliver training programs
• 3 – 5 years experience working in a fast paced retail or service environment in a leadership/training role
• Experience in restaurants or fast food will be an asset
• Ability to partner with multiple levels of leadership to determine company needs for training
• Excellent communication skills (Bilingual is an asset)
• Self starter - motivated
• Leadership and training skills – proven to deliver results
• Valid drivers license required (clean driving record)
• Requires working 4 evenings per week
