Position Description:

Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. is continuing to grow and we are seeking experienced Instructional Designers for potential upcoming opportunities. Successful candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field; minimum of three years experience as an instructional designer on distance learning and web-based learning projects. The ability to work independently and as a productive team member; knowledge of learning theory and instructional design theory; demonstrated skills in designing assessment/evaluation processes; knowledge of emerging technologies in the online learning field; outstanding communication skills, verbal and written; project management and problem solving necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work onsite in our Saint John, N.B. Center;
• Experience with web-course development software and designing courses for web delivery;
• Desired background in educational multimedia production, story boarding, digital development, test development, graphic design, etc. ;
• Experience in conducting workshops in the area of instructional design;
• Creativity and innovation a bonus.
