Atlantic CAD Coach

Join us and become our next Atlantic CAD Coach.

We're looking for two very "special" people to help coach and support technical applications for our growing network of AutoCAD clients.

As an Atlantic CAD Coach, your work will include:

• Coordinating on-site and/or off-site courses.
• Facilitating learning of CAD applications.
• Analyzing customization needs.
• Managing installation requirements.
• Providing troubleshooting services.
• Recognizing patterns and applying best practices in problem solving.

Here are some base interests, skills and certification you'll need to have:

• Minimum 2 year community college technology training and certification.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (2d drafting, customization, 3d modeling). Lisp and/or VBA knowledge is an asset.
• Knowledge of MS Windows & Office environment.
• PC knowledge and maintenance.
• Superior customer service perspective.
• Desire to travel within Atlantic Canada.
• Valid Drivers License.
