You will play an integral role in providing unsurpassed service to our clients through the hands-on training of our customer service professionals.
The Facilitator assumes the role of a supervisor, teacher, role model, and tutor, as well as taking on administrative and managerial tasks. S/he is responsible for developing and training our customer service professionals in knowledge of the clients products and services, customer care skills, computer systems, policies and procedures to ensure the wants and needs of our customers, employees and are met. The Trainer will also be responsible for Curriculum Design and the Development of all instructional materials and courses.
This is a full time salary position with excellent benefits.
You will be responsible for analyzing performance data and developing up training programs to support the ongoing development of our team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Achieve and continue to educate yourself in continuing education training, methods and procedures
Identify opportunities for continuous training improvements. Provide continuous feedback for curriculum development to insure the training meets the needs of the call center and maintains consistently high quality delivery. - Conduct new hire and continuing education training and develop the curriculum
- Facilitate the learning of continuing education courses to existing CSRs for new products, services and market launches.
- This position may require up to 25% travel.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Teaching/training/group-facilitation experience
- Strong documentation and writing skills required
- Varied and enthusiastic group presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of adult education
- Excellent communication, organizational, motivational, and time management skills
