Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an energetic and experienced restaurant manager for a full service family restaurant with a great team in place.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Business Administration or Hospitality, or equivalent industry experience
• A restaurant/hospitality management background
• A natural customer service focus
• Possess a strong business acumen-knowledge of cost controls, marketing and human resources
• Self motivated and driven to achieve
• Ability to work flexible hours

Representing the franchisees, the chosen candidate will be responsible for the operational excellence of the franchised restaurant in Labrador City, NL.

Compensation will reflect the individual’s experience. The remuneration package consists of a base salary and a quarterly bonus program.
