We are looking for someone who is interested in delighting the palettes of our diners and Trade Centre patrons.

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you must have had previous cooking experience or formal cooking education. You are able to follow direction and recipes while still maintaining your own creativity.

You are comfortable working in various areas of the kitchen and are flexible with your schedule as shifts and days off will vary.

You can prioritize work quickly and work well under pressure.  This is in addition to being self-motivated and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
Most importantly you must be a team player!

Physical Job Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work in a sometimes warm environment. You also have a great deal of energy and enthusiasm.

Experience and Skills:
One to two years previous experience in a busy kitchen required. This is an excellent position for someone with a desire to begin or complete Red Seal certification as we fully support continuing Apprenticeship education.

Educational Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.

Work Schedule: Shifts will vary. Must be available to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
