We are recruiting to prepare for a busy summer season, both in the dining room and on the Brigantine patio.

What are we looking for?

• An individual who has a passion for food and beverage and wants to create a memorable dining experience for our patrons.
• You must be able to legally serve alcohol.

For you to succeed in this role you flexible with your availability. This does include working a combination of days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Days off will vary each week.

You have worked in food and beverage or customer service roles and have a passion for delighting guests.
 
You also have lots of energy and enthusiasm and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced work environment.
