Permanent, full time position reporting to the Store Manager, you are responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of a franchisee owned Tim Hortons store.
This will include:
- Planning, organizing, directing and controlling daily operations
- Inventory management
- Scheduling
- Recruiting, hiring, training, supervising and coaching staff to ensure that the high principles of quality and customer service are achieved
- Responding to customer inquiries
This position requires an individual who is a team player, has strong interpersonal and communications skills, self-motivated, and possesses high energy. Food service experience, supervisory level preferred.
